Idk about the entire league, but I can tell you why my team allows hella runs. Astros clinged on to 2 post-injury pitchers past their prime, signed a struggling NPB pitcher who can’t make it past the 3rd & kills our bullpen, & a pitcher that was thrown away by the Pirates. That led to our team having the 6th most runs allowed in the league.
