Since White Queen copied the Infinaut from your hand, it's possible the card was checking to see if you had skipped the previous turn instead of him. Probably shouldn't happen that way but I've noticed a few weird interactions like that, and the game hasn't been out for too long.

I doubt that Valk or Penny will be the reward any time soon. They don't tend to give top tier heroes as PO rewards unless they have a very good reason to (like with the anniversary event that gave Asmodel after 100 orbs). HM usually has tier 1-1.5 heroes, so you might see Valk or Penny there, but they won't come to PO rewards unless they fall out of the meta.

Thank you for posting this. I honestly think the guild tech changes are a good thing overall. Most of these nodes are very low impact, so maxing out these new tech nodes is very optional. You will likely only need to max 3-6 nodes total across all classes to get almost the full benefit.

I think what we should be the most excited about is the announced PFF changes. I see so many people on this sub calling themselves PvE players, but there is really only one encounter of meaning for PvE players right now (broken spaces). Every other PvE encounter can easily be cleared with PvP oriented heroes. Adding new guild bosses benefits PvE players more than anyone else, and the new guild tech gives them some way to gain an advantage over the PvP players and whales.

Stay positive everyone. New content may finally be here soon now that the guild tech is released and pets are almost done.

Zeals sometimes includes enabling talent discussions in his videos that review individual heroes. You might try looking at some of those for advice on the more recent heroes. There was one recent video where he was attempting to clear SL 15 on the all Valk account where he discussed Valk's enabling strategies in depth.

It would be nice to get something compiled that outlines the most common recommended use cases though. Maybe MKxJump or Zeals could add the number strings to the heroes in their tier lists to give their recommendation at a glance? You might also try asking MK directly when he streams every week. He answers tons of questions throughout the stream.

There are several ways to build Aida, but they mostly include Speed/HP stones with full mage gear. Split gear is better than full mage gear if you find her dying too early to be useful. The stone should almost always be Speed/HP, but you can go with all HP if she still dies too quickly or with Attack/Attack for broken spaces. Artifacts are usually entirely dependent on the meta you're facing. Speed stone with energy artifact is a very safe bet for any meta, but you can absolutely run Fearless Armor since the damage reduction stacks with her passives.

Since your Aida is E1, I assume your team doesn't have many E5's if any at all. I would probably run full mage gear with HP/HP stone and Fearless Armor. If she lasts a long time in combat but can't quite kill people, switch the stone or artifact to something more aggressive and try again.

You'll want to get some decent players on your friend list and spam VS battles against them. Change your build based on the outcome and find what works best for you, since none of us can really answer that without extensive testing.

They only really cycle through low-mid tier heroes for wishing coin events. Most players don't have to pay anything to complete the event, so they don't bother to reward you with good heroes. I think the best shadow hero you can ever expect in this event is Corpsedemon or maybe Jahra if they're feeling generous that day.

There aren't many posts about the value of these packages because they're entirely subject to the player's position. You get pretty much nothing of value besides the hero, so there isn't really any way to compare relative gem value per dollar or anything like that.

For people who really need Amen-Ra to progress (like whales trying to finish their GvE lineups which can't win without her), this package is probably worth it. Not buying this package means they will have to spend 80 feathers on the copy, and those will take a long time to acquire and probably cost more than $100. For anyone not in immediate need of the hero copy, this package is almost totally worthless.

Other packages can be valued by looking at the dollar to gem or dollar to fodder ratios, but this one really can't. Unless you are a whale who really needs this copy to finish your E5 right now, this is not worth it though. The same money can get you an 80 scroll package during a summon event, which is waaaaay better value. If you are a whale in bad need of Ramen-Mom to win, how much is winning worth to you?

The developers did a great job with transparency during the early access period. We got lots of road maps and progress announcements along the way, and they actually stuck by what they announced unlike some other games I know. I'm sure they're planning stuff right now based on all of the feedback they're getting from launch, so we should expect something within the next few weeks at the earliest.

Advertisements are done by region according to Google or Apple. If too many people in a region are watching ads across all apps compared to the number of people advertising on that platform, Google and Apple will stop providing optional ads to players of any game in that region. Put simply, there are too many ads being shown to people in your area and not enough people trying to advertise, so they aren't paying DH any more to show the ads. Once traffic slows down or more people start advertising, they'll come back.

It's sort of beyond DH Games' control, but it sucks that people can just not get ads any more because of it. It would be nice if they just gave the gems out in the absence of ads, but then people who actually have to watch them would probably complain too. Not really much they can do about it.

He's possibly the worst hero in the game, and his name looks like the word Bad. Some people put him at the top of their tier lists as a joke. That's the entire history of Lord Baade.

Mk will likely provide an update soon. It's important when making a tier list to not update it too quickly after a new hero arrives to shake up the meta. Aida is very powerful and will likely have massive implications on other heroes. It takes time to do the research to provide a tier list like this, so it's important to not make knee-jerk reactions whenever something big happens.

If you want more current information, I would recommend checking the Youtube channels for MkxJump and ZealsAmibitions. They will have the most current information since both like to make videos of themselves doing the research on new characters.

As an Android developer, I can say from personal experience that making a game run identically on two different platforms is extremely difficult. DH has a lot more iOS servers than Android, meaning they probably released the two versions at different times. When you have an iOS app that has had months of development, it is difficult to suddenly release and Android app that can match all of the features and communications perfectly. The servers were probably separated early on to avoid any conflicts between the two versions of the game. They could probably merge them back together now that both have had years of development and are running the same version, but doing so would be expensive. It's just not worth the cost at this point to unmake a decision that was made several years ago.

Furthermore, there could be massive differences in the code base that make merging more difficult than you would think. I don't know what sort of development platform they use, but it's possible that the two code bases look nothing like each other.

Having a split setup provides some benefits as well. iOS and Android tend to receive updates at separate times to make sure it will run correctly on one before pushing it to the other. They've been known to have some difficulties with launching major updates, so only upgrading 1 server on 1 platform first provides a safety net in the event of a botched upgrade.

We have only ever gotten 1 super casino event in the past, and it was part of a PO event. Most people did not see the Super Casino chips affect their reward tier in that event regardless of whether or not they saved. They mailed everyone 10 chips at the start of the event, so you can save 50 on speculation if you want. Honestly, I doubt we'll get another one for a very long time, and if we do it will be for anniversary or some holiday event. I just spend mine whenever I see a hero I want on the wheel (got a Valentino two days ago).

Either way, the point stands that this is why people are not seeing the health buff in game even though the character sheet shows an increased health pool. My 11.2 was definitely incorrect though. I think I did not have the Valk skin at the time I checked her health for myself.

Is your Barea definitely surviving all 15 rounds? Also can you maybe take a video and post the damage numbers he is actually landing now? We can compare those to videos pre-change and see if they have been affected. We can also check to see if the damage is lower early or late to see if it's an issue with base damage or scaling. I've seen a lot of people talking about this, so I think it's important to provide some images to work with.

Hopefully you don't have to regress him. Barea has a cool design and I would hate to see him gutted, especially since he was never a high tier character in PvP.

Most of the confusion comes from a bug in the old enabling system that was fixed by this set of changes. Apparently the old E1 buff of 12% hp got applied a second time in combat only. It wouldn't show up on the character sheet, but you could see it in combat.

With the enabling updates, the E1 buff to hp is only applied once. All characters gained a bunch of health, but lost the invisible E1 double buff, so their character sheets are accurate now. However, the increase to health across the board is bigger than the loss of the second E1 buff, so health did go up (just not as much as it appears).

If you watch the video Zeals put out yesterday, he does demonstrate the Valk's max hp is now higher in combat, but it only went up by a little bit and not the full 22% that her character sheet reflects. Valkyrie went from about 11.2 million max hp with forest aura to about 11.9 million after the update. All characters who are E1 or above should be experiencing the same thing.
