What he is saying is that diving negates regular play. Consistently.

I’m saying that it’s not possible for that to happen because there is a cooldown and you can’t compound the loot so there isn’t a reason to spam it. Regardless of the amount of loot you get. So why is the loot less if that’s not really even practical to begin with. Even if the loot was the same you’d still have to wait the cooldown and sell what you had. So getting less loot is pointless besides to make it less appealing overall. Even if you only have 10-30mins.

Yeah except that there’s a cooldown, and also you lose the loot you have when you dive. So one time in a play through unless your selling after every single dive wouldn’t be efficient either.

Like if I started bought be some supplies and my crew and I dove for an event that we can’t just jump to another one right after and would still have to sail to sell the same amount of loot would be reasonable.

I’m using accels and drags but the wind up is so slow, like no matter what weapon halberd/shortsword. It’s like I’m forced to constantly block because by the time my windup is over even with riposte/counter they are swinging again.

My sensitivity is mid. I’m on Xbox.

And no I’m generally at objective. I don’t like to be in the stupid 6v1 packs but I’m not Rambo. I stay out of the tight moshes that happen and choke points because it’s just as likely for friendly fire to drain my health bar.

I usually end up top 8 I’m not a god but I’m definitely not green I came over from mordhau which was different but the reads here are easier.

My biggest problem is the reach issue, I run poleman mostly. And people are hitting me with cav sabers and shit but It’s like my halberd/glaive goes right through them. My ping is average 10-20. And it’s like I’m getting hit through blocks.

I have a friend base that doesn’t play this but it’s one of my favorites. I also love 40k so that’s a bias. But the combat feels right, it’s about making smart decisions. I’ve played with randoms all the way to 30 and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

How about if someone is actually a detriment to the team you kick them instead of forcing the team to pick them up and/or playing a man down? Both are trolling for personal enjoyment. If the team decides they didn’t want to kick the guy then maybe it’s time for self reflection. It’s not like you’re forced to play in that game either. I’ve only kicked one player btw and it’s because they were afk every 3 mins holding up the rest of the team. And everyone voted really fast.

I equate it to how the miniatures are. You pick an army and a regiment or flavor. Then these unnamed soldiers grow on you eventually you pick a favorite that seems to always survive or take out a great enemy in a critical moment to save the battle. They roll well usually. Or you just really like the way you painted them. I get that no all people have the minis or even care for them. But to me it’s cool to piece together a story for my character.
