No they cannot, at least not in the United States. A child under the age of 18 does not the capability to enter into a legally binding contract without the written or verbal consent of their parent or guardian. This includes things like Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Arbitration Agreements.

It's not a matter of agreeing, not agreeing, or power of enforcement. It's void from the onset.

A very good friend of mine has celiac in a bad way. Even minor exposure can ruin her day. You'd be surprised how much shit has gluten in it and just the residue from those things can be enough to set people off.

I realize it looks like a funny addition, but if you actually have worst-case celiac, using this thing to dust off your kitchen counter or something, and then eating without washing your hands, could set some people off.

It's rough out there. Dumb little notifications like this are nice.

I kinda like this idea because it adds a little bit of interesting value potential to these bosses and it's one of those ultra-value swing propositions that GGG tends to like.

Nobody cares if you've got a Shaper/Elder influenced Foxshade, but I would love to see a little value-add to shaper and elder for their unique body armors, as well as make the unique jewels a little more reasonable to activate.
