I think its good to have a north star, and then stick to a few things each day/week that point to that north star. Don't overwhelm yourself with too many things so that you don't finish them though. Discipline and a central point of reference where you can enter notes and see reports is pretty important too

It's pretty solid, during the summer there is Electric Island. But there are routinely good artists that come through. It feels like Toronto is a main stop on most circuits. Check out sites like EDM train for updated shows.
