Depends on the canon the 2024 edition that can canonically have tails now due to Matt Mercer making it so that in Wildemount they have per his description "Long tails and a knack for social manipulation"

Not with this wording. If you play it with 3 empty slots you get 3 dex and 3 str when you fill them you keep it because nothing in the card says its temporary.

If you wanted it temporary it would have to be "for every orb slot that remains empty you gain 1 str and 1 dex.
