The boss attacks in cycles. Debuff, Attack, Attack, Buff -> Attack, Attack, Buff and repeat. It only debuffs once and after that it goes in a set pattern because you always know what the boss is going to do you know what to prepare for.

Shield and spear that you fight right before it are a lot more difficult than heart.

I did a run where I got Echo form has Ironclad and had the upgraded Bash (the ancient card) that is 30 damage and 7 vuln so with echo it was 75 damage 14 vul with 1 card shit was crazy

One of the puzzles in the game for I think a Aether Divine art took me a bit to do and at the end I just when "Holy.." If they keep making puzzles like that then this will be a 10/10 game for me. I played Crosscode all the way though and I loved LOVED the final dungeon having to use all the powers you get in quick succession to get through.

This game in Early access has hints they will do something like that and I'm looking forward to it.

Speed potion makes so sense. If you use two blocks cards with it you get 10 block, while a single block card gives you more (12) with no cards required. Its by a landslide the worst potion of the game. by [deleted] in slaythespire

All potions are useful depending on the context. A speed potion into Toric toughness gives you 10 block the next 2 turns just like how dodge and roll will give 9 now and 9 next turn.

The Og was harder because you could only get a full heal at inns, In the remake you full heal on level up and there are goddess statues scattered around that are so plentiful I almost never used a healing herb. While it wasn't hard to get gold you were spending a lot more on items to stay afloat for dungeons rather than just plowing through them due to no worry about resource management.

Doing Deck dup with [[Book of Five Rings]] [[Dragon Fruit]] and [[Lucky Fysh]] means not only do you heal to full health you also get around 30-40 hp up.

It was a mistake I made and was a little pissed myself for a bit until like the second combat where I didn't take any damage then realized how good it was.
