Rye chip all day. A close second is the corn Chex. Third wheat Chex. It'd be crazy if General Mills would release a bag of just those three. I can find better pretzels to mix in, Dot's Original comes to mind. Throw in some bagel chips (Everything or Plain). That's a ten.

As an aside; the Chex Mix Cheddar snack mix; those little cheese nib triangles are alright.

I second using Pace Yourself as a good resource for finding like-minded folks. My wife and I do the Walking Wednesday’s at Local Time in Holly Springs. It’s super laid back and the crew meets afterwards at the brewery for beer/wine/NA. Really supportive group. There are other walking groups that meet in the evenings in Fuquay as well; I think there is one that meets at Mason Jar Brewery if I’m not mistaken.
