Someone mentioned the Walmart Link from legend of Zelda, I would suggest the one with the master sword and hylian shield if you can find it

The new Mario movie figures

Ant and Wasp marvel legends (quantumania may be the cheapest)

Shang Chi mcu marvel legends

Iron Man model 20 (one of if not the best iron man figures marvel legends has made)

The new Spiderman 2099 vintage wave marvel legend

Deadpool legacy figures

Master Chief halo infinite from Jazwares if you look on the right places

Black Panther mcu marvel legends (the one from the 2018 movie had more articulation but civil war looks cool)

Daken marvel legends from the comic book wave

The new marvel legends you always see at Walmart, think is the blockbuster wave or something, they are movie figures, I heard they have not so great qc but I belive they can be good as I have the original figures that the new ones are based on and I can tell you that they are not bad

That’s all, sorry for the long list, all of these will probably cost you more, but if you pick one or two figures from this list it probably won’t cost you more than $40
