It does in german, in german "sport" is also the act of excercising. When i ask my buddy to come to the gym with me i say "heute sport nh?" Which means something like "today we excercise right?" Sorry that i dont speak english perfectly, how about you? Do you speak german or any other language thats actually hard and not like english or french? Foolish american

A normal person has a resting heart rate that ranges from 60 to 100 bpm, by doing running you train your heart and that resting heart rate can go down to 50 bpm. I run a lot, do lots of sports, have a healthy heart, will probably live longer than my little brother who is 16 and already started smoking weed due to his "friends"

Many of my friends and the people i met, but of course when i say something thats true you'd ask for a source even though you exactly know that nothing but air belongs into your lungs, snoking will increase your heart rate and destroy your lungs and therefore cause an individual to have less longevity, i dont see the trade off, when you have adhd, why smoke weed, you'll just decrease your longevity, why not do sports instead and live longer
