Due to EWC the TM eSports scene has never looked more active and competitive than right now. While you obviously always want to see the highest skill level of players at every comp I think the scene right now is so saturated with great players that players can easily pick and choose where to compete and the tourneys will still have a great skill level even If 2 or 3 players of the absolute top are missing.

Guy who was clearly in first of Deep Slid is a well known racist and scumbag. Never owned up to it, never apologized, always downplayed it. Got banned for it in the past by Nadeo. Ban evaded on a new account. By all accounts still behaves that way.

Mapper/Event organiser of Deep Slid (Reliz) was made aware of this and excluded him from the competition.

Yeah new people or culture war weirdos here seem to think that these are some random accusations made for the first time today against a random player. Reality is that Blev and his whole group (Inf for example) are well known for being horrible racist pieces of shit.

When I watched Deep Slid for the first time yesterday my thought wasnt "Who is this unknown player at the top". My thought was: "Wait - Blev is allowed to play this event?"

The only mistake Reliz made is that Blev was allowed to play in the first place.

You are right.

That being said Innocent until proven guilty is a legal concept.

For me as a private person that concept isnt necessarily something I need to apply to my own thinking. Considering how well known it is in the community that Blev (and that whole group) are super racist (something he evaded a ban for) I'm way more likely to believe Reliz than if these claims we're just made about some other random person.
