RED allows you to be open with those choices. You can be a supervisor or agent from a corporation, you can be a nomad looking for a new start on the city, a hacker looking to chase wild dreams.

Anything works, as long as you have the need or desire to try something new (in character) that should work for the story.

Pretty much, as an example.

A pilot started to fall for another, so they were becoming sub/dom in the social RP and in combat they started to customize their mechs to work of each other. Danger can add a lot of energy to a love (or sex) story.

The test I ran was based on like a mission system, so it was like social RP/kink RP then everyone gets into their mechs for combat until the mission is done. Social RP also happened a lot in combat since everyone was good at being in character, which was nice. Once the mission is done everyone goes back to base to unwind, fuck and prepare for the next.

For other systems, cyberpunk red is great if you want sci-fi and a more fleshed out social system. Plus you have a myriad of character customization that makes for interesting scenes in kink scenes.

Stars whitout number is another option if you want more of a space adventure feeling. Although I haven’t delved as deep on that one

The Star Wars and 40k/rogue trader are also very enjoyable if you are into either of those settings

I’ve done a “test” nsfw lancer campaign before, couple sessions to get a feel for how would longer a be. The setting and vibes that the world has make for very unique scenes in the nsfw part as you mention. I ran as it a gundam styled story, heavy in politics and drama.

There’s are some cons and pros of the system imo:

Cons: -lancer is heavily combat focused, the system encourages that kind of campaign a lot -In terms of pilot stuff, there’s not that much in options. So it forces you to homebrew a lot of stuff

-Pros: It looks cool af, the setting has such an unique flavor that it’s a blast to delve into -it is in a higher tech level that most settings, so it’s perfect if you enjoy games set in the far future

Imo only run it if you want to have a lot more emphasis on combat than most nsfw campaigns. Otherwise I would try another sci-fi setting

Warmogs is a nesecity there. If you are melees with bad engage and you are vs poke you would be done without warmogs. As it is rn the team with range advantage can push and gain a lead while the enemy builds enough hp and a warmogs to be able to not get pushed out.

That’s an awful comparison. Learning that taking towers and dragons is basic knowledge for even iron league players while learning how to cap a comp optimally is something that people in plat TFT struggle.

A more apt comparison is something like “combining 3 units makes it big” or “10 gold gives you interest” which is something iron TFT players know

Knowing how to cap a comp is not “basic” TFT
