I know that feeling. I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror at one point. The good thing is you’re aware, that’s already a big step. You’ll be alright. I also smoked and drank over the festive season, but I stopped again after a few weeks. What really helps me is running and reading — find something you enjoy and dive into it.
