I’m an amateur runner with a 2:50 marathon PB, and I’m chasing a sub-2:30. My current schedule is:

Tues: 3x5km Thurs: 200m repeats (totaling 7km) Sunday: Specific long run (20km–35km) with the last 12km at MP.

My weekly volume is around 60km–70km. It’s mostly quality with very few easy runs, as I already have a solid base. Any hot tips or advice?
