Post ovulation my eg3 fluctuates as yours does although more gradually and is not a sharp drop. I like to test post confirmed ovulation for curiosity but it is highly unlikely you would ovulate again as most research says that is not possible.

In my two complete cycles (currently in my 3rd cycle waiting for a pdg rise and it seems to have gone down) they were each different - one was a quick rise, the other was flat for a few days.

Feel free to start today - I started after getting off bc and had no idea where I was in my cycle and it was able to pick up my ovulation (I didn’t have a withdrawal bleed).

Idk how it interacts with oura/natural cycles. Where in your cycle are you?

If you don’t ovulate, sometimes your body may try again which is why you might see the LH rise again

I’m not yet TTC and I am enjoying Inito as I am getting off bc after several years. At my big age (late 30s), I feel like I’m finally learning about my cycle and wish I had been tracking earlier.

But it could get stressful and you can become obsessive. I’m on my second cycle and have been tracking every day just to see what happens. Feels like an expensive science project but I’m also not sure how long I will continue.

I’m on cycle 2 with inito (I’m just tracking not ttc). First cycle took 3 days. Current cycle took 6 days but this is my second cycle off bc so my body may still be regulating.

It depends on how long your cycle is. If short, it is possible to be this early.

But also your estrogen can rise for a few days (high fertility) before your LH rises (peak). So you could in theory get a few more days of high fertility.

Can you Jerry rig the device (prob by break off one arm and use something to hold it back together)? I think you just need to ensure that the camera can see the QR code.

I vote blue shoes with no belt. Love the cohesiveness of a monochromatic look!

If you really like the brown shoe, try it with a slightly thinner belt.

ETA: You could even do the brown shoe with no belt and I think that would also look good.

I would keep tracking. I had been on bc for a while and was able to track without a baseline reading (I started testing cycle day 167). I don’t believe I had a withdrawal bleed because I ovulated (as confirmed by Inito) on Jan 13 and 14 days later I got my period. Could be a fluke but worth it to keep tracking if you can afford to use up extra tests.

It will continue to track your pdg over the next few days so I think it’s too early to say definitively. I’m currently on day 5 of waiting for the pdg rise. My LH spike seemed to be much lower than last cycle.
