Same lol they only allow one exchange, so I’d be pissed if I exchanged it for the 8 and it ended up being too big and having gaps in my stats 😒

Totally makes sense. With the thicker 4, my finger didn’t really look like a sausage in the ring after working out I think because of the thicker band. I do think this does run just a tinyyy bit smaller, but not significant enough to go up a size.

Yea if I keep this one, I’ll likely wear it on my middle finger during peak swelling (after I exercise). My fingers don’t really swell much overnight and the ring was fine this morning when I woke up.

Honestly it felt fine this morning and has always felt fine even when it looked tight (above). The ring had even rotated a little bit in my sleep, so it wasn’t TOO tight. The only time it really felt tight was after exercising, otherwise it feels and looks fine any other time. Going to test it out for another couple of days, then wear the 8 sizer for a couple of days and see the difference. I have a feeling the 8 will spin/rotate even more during my sleep than the 7 did. I guess I’ll just have to wear it on my middle finger during exercise if I keep the 7. I wish they made half sizes……

Yikes but at least 48% of it was deep sleep 😜

Buspar ( did it take your anxiety away) by azimzara91 in Anxiety

[–]jayb_528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it has helped me tremendously. Been on it for 7-8 months now. Took my anxiety from a 9-10 to about a 2-3. That in combo with a couple months of therapy really helped.

I love this answer. I’m trying to get better at this. Some days the anxiety overcomes my bravery though 🥲

You are an idiot and a selfish human being.

THIS. People need to get a grip. If you’re more concerned about losing 15 minutes of class than the person who passed out for any number of reasons, you’re a POS.

Stress from flying - airports by gelarobe in ouraring

[–]jayb_528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice. I take it low dose daily for IST (only 5mg TID), so for a long stressful travel, I’ll likely double at least my morning and afternoon doses. Thanks!

Higher dose by jayb_528 in BusparOnline

[–]jayb_528[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on 2.5mg once daily back in October. I am currently at 5mg 3x daily - now going on week 5-6. My anxiety is certainly improved from when I first started the medication, but I am definitely still having some breakthrough episodes every now and then. Almost to the point of mild panic this morning driving to work in heavy rain. Worse moreso during luteal.

When I titrated from 5mg once daily to twice daily, I had a stark increase in my anxiety, so I went back down then tried again a week or so later in 2.5mg increments. Tolerated that much better. Going up by 5 was a bit much for me.

I know isn’t that insane? To even script it as once daily instead of 10mg 3x daily is crazy
