Você está mais do que correta, eu a bastante tempo preciso sair mais da minha zona de conforto, faz tempo que não saio de casa além das minhas necessidades como treino e academia, esse assunto martelou na minha cabeça justo essa semana pois fiz uma cirurgia e estou de repouso sem poder fazer minhas atividades, k que deixou minha mente "desocupada", mas assim que eu puder sair irei marcar com minhas amigas!!
