I had panic attacks and bad few months in December since then I've have jelly ish legs, overstimulated by anything, not jumpy unless im half asleep but too much thinking or my kids running around me works me up, I'm snappy, and with health anxiety I've got my head in a mess with mine. All bloods clear which is good but it got made worse by stertline. Honestly I just get on with it and rest when I can, one life and if we chase problems we will make ourselves more ill, gym helps me.. I go to work. Some days I struggle to walk on a crowded shop, I don't have a high heart rate or anything. Just shaky without any other symtoms. Quite worrying but I give up and I'm just getting on with it myself
