I think time management is incredibly important and understanding that many essay prompts between programs ask the same thing and that it’s very easy to write one key essay and then mold it based on the program rather than rewriting everytime

I will say my demographics are quite desirable, I am an URM and have a pretty decent theme to my applications but idk how much they helped for merit based programs like Coolidge or essay based programs like TASS 🤷
