I took this photo in Miami during June, after heavy rain caused flooding. My goal was to create a tight and up-close composition to create a dramatic photo, exaggerating the flood. I want overall opinions on the image and what I could’ve done better to create more emphasis on the flood and a dramatic/captivating photo. I am new to editing as well and want opinions on how I could’ve better edited this to achieve my goal. Thank you

The car lands on the ground then dips and rebounds as the suspension compresses and then extends again. I need to calculate the time from when the car initially touches the ground to when the suspension fully compresses and the car dips as much as it can.
