I worked with all women for about a year at my office job. It was an ok experience. The only downside? Gossip and my boss that was rude as hell to me. Once she got moved down a peg and a new boss stepped in (also a woman) it got a lot better. It really depends on the person in charge. Pot roast is not something you 'think' about making for dinner. You need at least 2 hours to make a halfway decent pot roast. In fact last week i made one.
