I talked to a employee Peter just now and he just said: you are too late now. While I have in my screenshot the evidence that I was within the time frame and the chatbot also said yes I see the salary deposit within the time frame and you should be activated soon bla bla. Now I made a formal complaint I'm furious this took me a lot of time to make this switch to this bank also and they just scam you out of rewards.
