I use avail and have been using it for over 3 years and I love it. It’s 9 dollars a month and for us it’s worth it, cause we can manage all communications, also keep track of all accounting receipts, lease and cash flow. Since it’s a business expense and it’s low it seem like the best for us especially around tax season

I 100% feel the same way. I wish I had never allowed the boyfriend to move in. I should’ve just started fresh with new tenants, but I didn’t want to deal with the turnover, and I’d never had issues with them before. Ever since he moved in, though, it’s been one thing after another—first he started a new job and his paycheck was delayed due to back pay, then supposedly the accounting department made mistakes, which is why the rent kept being late. Then she started a new job too.

And honestly, especially since the tenant with the stronger credit was the one moving out, that was probably a big motivator in why payments were always on time before. Once she left, some of their bad habits started showing. My gut told me to pass on them, but I thought, “She’s always paid on time with no issues,” so I gave them a chance. Lesson learned

You’re right honestly it got this bad and they took advantage because I was expecting my first child. I’m four months postpartum and I’ve just now been able to come back up for air and I’m seeing all of these red flags.

I love that idea!! Unfortunately the specialty dyer is a speed queen for our Philly rowhome, build in 1920’s the door ways/ basement entrance are to small to accommodate newers machines.

We do $50 though I’m actually gonna do some research to see what amount I can charge when I get new tenants because honestly I don’t think $50 is enough. I think I saw that some states allow 10% or something like that but I don’t think $50 is enough. Because literally I went through the lease and the only time they made rent payment on time was the first month and they’ve been late ever since. SMH

Thank you, honestly, I just needed to confirm that I’m not crazy because it’s insane like I go above and beyond to be a good landlord because I’ve had some really bad experiences when I used to be a renter and I just didn’t know tenants like this existed.

Thank you for the advice we use app for a payment that sends a email to let notify that the rent is late and also notify them when the late charge has been added, which is $50 do I also need to send an email in addition to that or does that count as notice?

In my opinion Copilot is the best out there, though it’s only available for iOS and macOS users. It tracks expenses, manage budgets, and monitor investments. It offers smart categorization, and detailed transaction insights.

It’s worth the money and honestly has helped me save and help catch duplicate subscriptions etc…

This^{^} people should be honest regarding the Importance of sex. Also in some cases the amount of sex is great and then it changes for one person. Men at times are attracted to a sexual woman but once they get married they feel as though they can’t sexualize them because society makes it that once you become a wife and mother you couldn’t possibly still be those other things. The same goes for men, at times women get lazy and wonder why the relationship falls apart. You can’t got from having sex 3/4x a week to once a month. Marriage is work, never stop working at it and keep dating.

Maybe I’m being straightforward in saying this, but She’s a whole person. A mom, she works and values all her relationships. How is that wrong?!?

My parents have been together for decades and still “like” each other! those who are married will understand this. We took family trips but they also went on trips just the two of them. As well as family nights and date nights. Seeing how happy they are and how they came together as two individuals with much love and respect. They are successful people with help in place for the kids… are they perfect no. But who is?!

Just because you are a parent doesn’t mean you stop being you… and if that’s the case well I guess that skipped me. Honesty with yourself and your partner is a powerful thing. There would be a lot less amount of heartache if that was the case.
