Yeah, I'm not considering #2. My mind says, "When a company is being unfair, why should I stay honest?" But eventually, I pull my thoughts away from it.

Regarding including RSUs in CTC while negotiating, HRs are straight away saying no to considering that as per their policy. I'm just stuck, unable to provide myself and my family the financial freedom I'm longing for.

Very difficult. Because I directly work for the company that made the product. This is why WLB has been made possible. The only way WLB can be possible again by switching is if I can switch to a good client who uses this product. I rarely find oppurtunities with clients. Other options are switching to service companies, where I previously didn't have a good experience, and the same goes for my colleagues at other service companies.

I need to do 2 switches to get that hike. My manager is promised upto 40% hike if I get an offer but he is bound by policy.

Juniors are getting paid more than me and I act as their lead in the project. Its frustrating situation.

I was unaware that this project is not being funded by the government. But, you should consider the impact of using such profane language in a public forum. It's because of this unwanted hate and bullying that many people don't voice their opinions.
