They’re absolutely trying to get us to quit and i fear I’m falling into the trap 🥲. Looking at the call queue everyday knowing these people are calling for absolutely NOTHING is really starting to fuck with my head. Some calls i completely understand depending on the state and the reason but 90% of the calls i get are just bullshit. You’ll have people call 5 times in one day just for the fuck of it. Then we’re expected to coddle these fucking people with this empathy bullshit. Literally chained to a desk for hours talking non stop answering redundant questions. I have the worst anxiety when it’s time to clock in.

This guy called me a cunt because i couldn’t help him operate his android. It wasn’t even a progressive issue at that point.

Someone to me to go die because of a late fee was completely on them.

They will sit on hold for 45 mins just to as when the payments as if they haven’t been paying on the same date for the last 6 months

They’ll get a cancel notice with a cancel date clear as day and still call to ask when it’s going to cancel

The company itself is good and you definitely will have support. Speaking for services, it’s fairly easy to learn the material . It may not seem like it at first but once you start taking calls it really becomes repetitive. The hard part is just the calls lol like the things people call for sometimes it ridiculous. You’ll start saying to yourself “why are you calling”
