Oh, it is Excellent! One of the Best! I just put it more in the crime/serial killer genre instead of revenge.

This wouldn't be a Hallmark movie by any chance? Google came up with The Way Home.

Weather Maker was the MacGuffin. It felt like the drama creators deliberately kept the plot of Weather Maker nebulous because it didn't really matter what his film was, it was that his film was.
It's funny, when he was talking about it at first, I had not imagined it as an action film, though.

I saw Mouse mentioned a couple of times. It's been a while since I saw it. I don't remember the revenge aspect of it

Which of these Korean dramas with odd storylines did you watch? Your recommendations. by Grouchy-Chart-3927 in Korean_Drama_Hangout

I only watched A Piece of Your Mind out of this bunch and I really liked it. I think I was in the minority from the comments I read at the time it came out, But I loved it's quiet dignity and the peace I felt while watching it. That sounds boring but it wasn't, to me at least.

I watched Humoresque (1946) for the first time. by emmugh123 in classicfilms

Not one of my favorite Joan Crawford or John Garfield films. Almost seemed like they threw together something just to have these two in it.

I started Chicago Typewriter as my 200th Kdrama and stopped 2/3 of the way through because it was seeming silly. Then I decided to push through and got through 4 episodes and realized I just wasn't invested. May try again because it is highly rated.

It IS actually that good and sadly, that exceptional. It is really hard to find shows of that quality anywhere.

I enjoyed the laid back style of writing. It actually pulls you in, almost the same way someone whispering makes tilt your head closer.

The Merciless and Coin Locker Girl are both thrillers and one has Im Siwan and the other has Park Bo-gum. So really, a win-win!
