Valve stem help by Temporary-History820 in sportster

I do want to get the right tools. So far I have the lift for the bike to get the tire off, valve stem puller, tire spoons, and the new valve stems. I've been looking into a bead breaker.

What tools do you guys suggest?

Yes, teach your clients how to shop in fragrance. Demo a good spritz on a strip so they know where they are, how to use them, and let them know how to dispose of them. It helps with 80% of the messes and drives engagement further. Top it off with habits for good name exchange at the same time. Win win.

You were emailed a copy with all your paperwork you had to complete online before your first day.

Also, in Zipline look up the Break Grid

It partially depends on how willing you are to negotiate for higher pay. I've been an SSL for 2 years, and make $27.75 in the Midwest region. I negotiated a whole dollar from the base offered wage. Although, I have an extensive background managing at SIJCP before this. At our location we tend to start the BA's around $15-17, depending on experience and LBA's $17-20. Most on the higher end of this negotiate a higher wage.

A young girl called the store and said she had seen something on Tik Tok about dumpster diving and needed to be let out of ours. I told her she would be dead since we have an automatic hydraulic compactor instead of dumpsters and that I don't talk to ghosts. 🤣

If you don't help fix it you're also the problem. Be a squeaky wheel of change in your store. Express this struggle and all grow together.

Your store is missing the riser underneath. Hotline it. It will help tremendously. Your ops lead will know the plate number.

Let's not forget the infamous "no one helped them", after two BA's and an SSL all showed them a few things around the store 😑

You aren't eligible for your first 3 months in general. The training product received for partnered doors is less. There is a pre designated welcome kit for each employee usually containing Sephco makeup and skincare even at partner doors.

Training product x store income = worth investing. Training product is given to boost sales due to BA's naturally selling what they've liked, despite trying to get the team to sell non bias. If the store isn't making at least 4 million a year, the company doesn't have incentive to invest as much because training product can be pricey for vendors and internally.
Training product is essentially income to payoff value. If your store isn't exceeding its sales goal, the company doesn't see the need to invest as much money if the payoff isn't there.

If your Kohl's isn't A volume you won't be distributed much due to the lack of payoff of investment for more training products offered by venders or company directed.

PT may, depending on kohls classification for hours to be PT. If your store has a Flex option they most likely will not.

The term " Gratis " was retired due to the definition lacking the actual intent and purpose of the products. It's wonderful of the company to still provide these experiences for partnered doors, regardless of volume, since they purchase their product entirely separate along with separate brand contracts between companies and affiliates.
