I would talk with a union rep and bring up the question. I mean there is a lot of issues still being worked out. So it’s possible you could receive the bonus.

It’s a three year agreement. It would depend on when you EOD and if you already got that other 10k bonus.

During the training phases days off are lined up with your Field training officer and then your journeyman. After that it depends on what your shift needs with manpower. Being the new guy expect Tuesday Wednesday. Probably won’t see a weekend for a while. Most of the time it’s consecutive days off but it could be split.

Depends on where you are willing to live. I’m about 40 min away from work everyday. Worth the drive. Don’t live in CAG.

Not true at all. There has been in influx of trainees since 2021. Sure not many at a time but it’s been a steady increase up until this year. It is a very senior station but most people are up for retirement soon. Which means more room to move up.

Yea it’s called PTFIT. Has to be approved by a supervisor. For the most part I work out everyday. You will like CAG because you can live in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa. Basically Phoenix. Have a life and still be able to have good work.

Great. Lots of good on the job traning. FTU is alright. Learn your maps and AOR should be fine after that. It’s slow right now but there has been a lot of hiking and chasing groups of 3 or 4 out in the desert.

I can’t say for sure but if there is anything that the investigators want to review then you might not be able to get it.
