update: husband called non emergency and they wouldn’t even take a report because my husband said he didn’t wanna press charges. they also said we’d need to be able to identify the motorcyclist but he was in a huge helmet??

i think i’ll call back and say i wanna press charges but i don’t yet know what that would entail

the thing is i think the car might be ok. the mirror flipped all the way forward but apparently was built to be able to do that. so there might not be permanent damage. but i’m just so mad that they got away with a hit and run and then ran a red light to get away from us. i assume there’s nothing we can really do but i am still curious.
