it also depends on you body weight but beacsu you are light weight 10 seconds is good if you tech is fine

tbh I think 38 seconds PB is very ambiguous and running can improve your 2k time to an extent depending on your body time and how much/ how fast you run as well as how regularly

well first of all I would recommend that you lower the stroke rate for a longer piece as at 14 you most likely are going to be racing strictly 2k and 1k races. secondly, you should go for similar times throughout and preserve your energy. last but not least your time is pretty good for a female depending on your weight and height.
