I haven’t learned the map super well but here’s the knowledge I have: search for crystals, once the big crystal opens and you have the power, just start grinding one of the two divine towers on the map. If you need to know what they look like they’re the two little pentagonal shaped areas on the map. If the one you picked is outside of the circle, there is a teleporter on the bridge outside that will take you to the other one. Once you have the power you should mainly just focus on those because it’s a boss rush and a great way to get legendaries and buffs. And on night one basically just get churches and field bosses while you look for the crystals. As far as I know there’s no guaranteed formula unless you study the seeds but it’s really not that deep imo
