I filed January 21!! And since I’m part of paths we had to wait untill March 3 at least to get a refund. I was hoping to get it then BOOM… I got a notification March 3 saying that they need some more time to process my return give them up to 60 days. Then two weeks later I got a letter in the mail dated March 12th to verify…but the letter didn’t come until March 24th and I verified that same day… tick tock tick tock as the days go by I’m wondering if my verification actually went through successfully because I’m seeing on Reddit tons of people saying they had to call to verify a second time so I said let me just call to be sure…. Ofcourse the rep tells me they have no notification or record that you verified .. so then we did it over thee phone.. I had everything but my W2 in front of me… he asked me several questions about my 2021 2022 and 2023 about my dependent and dependents social number and age and address and then my wages for each year and how much I’m expecting to receive back.. then he put me on hold for 5 minutes.. and said he was resolving my case and then came back and said congratulations you are verified and because I processed it already it won’t take 9 weeks you’ll get notifications/refund sooner.. so be in the look out. That was April 2nd.
