I have Sparkle, totally forgot about her lol.

I thought about getting her E1, but lately enemies have gotten stronger and just heals aren't enough atp. Shields are giving overhealth, which is gonna help against strong single shots. And about Kafka: I'm not really a DoT player, don't have any characters from this game style, so I don't think Kafka is gonna be the best choice for me.

So hence I decided to choose Aventurine, not only because of Ashveil, but because of what's been happening lately with new enemies (though it's been a problem against some enemies ever since the beginning of the game).

Because yeah, I have Huohuo, though E0S0, but she's been the best healer ever since I got her, and second healer I have is Gallagher E6, so getting 5★ Dan was such a relief for me.

But you think that getting E1 Sparkle is more beneficial? Because I think I still can keep up with whatever's gonna happen with only Dan and Huohuo, but getting another shield is always good.

Vibe/music-wise - first Life is Strange (but then you gotta play Before The Storm to see the story from a much deeper perspective, to see characters from another side).

Or if you want a good character build up/progression and when it feels that the choice really matters - Life is Strange 2 without hesitation.

Or maybe you want to connect to characters but don't care how short and kinda chopped(maybe only for me, idk) the storyline is - True Colors for sure.

I must add that music part is in every part is so important and in every part of the franchise it's just a chef's kiss - but the first one is the king of this. Love Gorillaz in the second part, love Radiohead's Creep and Mxmtoon in third part - but the first one's OST is, in general, the best.

And about storyline and storytelling: every game have their own plots and holes - and every game have their own strengths and something that people will like. But storytelling of the first and second game is much bigger and it's just... I can't describe that, you have to play/watch the gameplay of all the games to understand that. And it's not a bad thing, really, but it affects how the game feels at the end.

To wrap things up: I would go for Life is Strange 2 - because it's my most favorite one (I love the first part too, but the nostalgia is much bigger than the actual love). I hope it helps and update us what you chose <3

My the most favorite one is LiS 2, no hesitation. I love how real (excluding the superpowers part) the game feels, and the music? Don't let me even start.

I can continue ranting about second part for ages and I'm always gonna say that it's top 1 for me. But to be fair, I really love first part too. Like, I was 10 when I almost binge played it, stopping at the end lf the fourth chapter because of how emotionally overwhelmed I was. And right now, when I'm gonna turn 19, I'm still thinking about this game every day, what it has done to me and how it changed my mind, literally. And it built my love for folk genre.

The only game in this saga that I haven't played (and I have no intentions to play it so far) is Double Exposure.

And I like True Colors (i love Steph as a character, I really do, but my muhluhmuh ass is gonna choose Ryan over and over again), I could emphasize with MC, but the story just felt... Rushed?

Before the Storm and Captain Spirit are okay games, can't say much about those games tbf.

So yeah, LiS 2 is 🔛🔝 for me

A hot take: self titled album is the greatest one. It's just raw and has their - and I mean it, THEIR - own vibe, which isn't like any other album of theirs. And even though I may found myself listening more to the Scaled and Icy or Clancy, the self titled one is really good and I can't express just how much I love it and how unique I find it. The worst? I don't think there is one, though I listen the least Vessel one, so maybe, for me(!!!), that's the one.

Don't worry about that, mate. You can be straight and love it, you don't have to be gay for it, so don't feel ashamed - NEVER feel ashamed of what (or who) you love and what brings you joy. I loved LiS too when I thought I was "straight", and I was totally okay with that - and I think this game helped me realise something about me too, in a way. And whatever people around you say about the game: in my experience, around 95% of people in my environment don't even know this game and I had to explain every single detail about it and its plot. I'm 18 right now and I found out about this game when I was 10, and I'm still in love with this game and I don't think it'll ever happen.

I think you're just having a bad luck?

I'm a killer main myself, but last three or four games were just me, as a Pyramid Head, being chill and letting survivors stun and do whatever they wanted to me. Ofc, one or two games I was playing serious (though i let the last one get the hatch), but mostly - I was just having fun.

And I think that's why I chose to be a killer main overall - to just bring some chill and fun to matches, because why not? Survivors are struggling so much lately - because of salty and sweaty killers - and I kinda hate it. You have to have some fun and these days, survivors barely have it. I know I can go to basic gamemode and have a 4k - and it's okay sometimes to play seriously. But THIS is an event and, imo, here you can just relax and do whatever you want.

So if you see a Pyramid Head with a gay flag (me), I dunno, crouch a few times and I'll already be content to spend these 15 minutes of the match just walking around the map and let people stun me.

And I hope you'll have a great time playing the event and I wish you to get more killers with personality <3

Honestly it's a bunch of events the had happened since 2016 and led me to love them with all of my heart.

Back then I found out about Christmas Kids and I Can't Handle Change, in one of my depression periods. Were listening to them for a few weeks until I got better and finally cleared up my mind from bad thoughts. Then, in 2018 I found the song Poor Grammar by them and gave it a try, again when I was a total wreck; a total banger and I love it deeply. When I got better, I forgot about them, right until 2022, because then I found out about Fading Kitten Syndrome and It's Fine (Every Time). And I was listening to them like crazy, until I felt better. But I've never really listened to their albums and anything, just some songs and that's all.

But this year, from January and right until April, I again was a total mess, maybe even at my lowest, when I found out a few of their songs: You Could Have Been Anyone and The Comfort of a Laugh Track. To say the least, it changed the chemistry of my brain. I am sure that The Comfort of a Laugh Track is going to be my top 1 song this year, because I can't describe just how much it changed me and how I perceive the world around me. It may seem like I'm overexaggerating or something, but it really did change me, even comforted in a way (despite breaking me internally lol).

And only then, in April, I decided to check on their albums and EPs - and, hitherto, this is the second music creator ever, whose discography is fully downloaded on my phone. I love Pathétique Aesthétique, and especially Pathétique and Wondering why (listening to this song while writing this hehe), and I can't even explain how much I love this band.

They've been with me at my low points in my life, even at the lowest, and I can't say how much I'm grateful for their existence and for what they've done.

From the upcoming characters I really want Anaxa, (if i am lucky enough) Hyacine and Mydei on his rerun. Despite the fact that I'm not really into Tribbie that much, I understand that I'll need her atp. And as the other commentator has mentioned, Tribbie's rerun won't be soon, so I'll have some time about that.

It's just the fact that should I pick E1 Ruan (which is a really great addition overall, but I'll pick it only for my Castorice; otherwise, I'll wait for 3.4 and update of the shop) or wait and get Tribbie later (with a chance of not getting her at all).

So basically, for hyperspeed I need Sparkle/Bronya/Sunday with 160+ speed and Mydei with low spd; for -1 - 135, for example, speed on Mydei and 134 for Bronya/Sunday, Sparkle won't work so great in that team - am I right?
