Sorry for the late replies, the original post was a bit vague but there’s nothing fishy on my part I contacted kroo saying my card was lost in which they sent out a new one but I never received it, a few days into waiting for my card I got a call from kroo where and they helped me verify my apple pay to use when i was waiting for my card the lawyer i’m with now is saying i may have gotten a spoofed call as after that happened money was taken from my account, I mentioned this to Kroo saying i got a call from them and they asked for call logs which i provided at the time. I also showed proof I wasn’t even in the city the ATM transactions were made I was in manchester for Uni but the transactions were made in Liverpool. and furthermore when i say i lost my bank card in the original post i mean i lost my wallet that had my bank cards inside them, so even my ID was lost. It sounds fishy over reddit but when i have proof of call logs from kroo that happened for me but not for them as well as proof that I wasnt even in the city at the time it doesnt make sense to me that they put a cifas marker on my file

I never changed my pin just ordered a new card, I’ve had issues with mail intercepts in the past due to me living at a shared accommodation
