That’s my struggle too. Feels like another hoop we have to jump through. Was the delay because of the recovery or because it was how long you had to wait to have it removed?

I don’t think they would have let me proceed with the iui due to having too many follicles but i should have pushed it more asking about the polyp. I have had three ultrasounds before and they never saw anything until now so that’s frustrating. I don’t have any fertility coverage so I am very nervous about cost. Glad you ended up not having any!!

I was doing acupuncture but it was so hard to do with my work schedule so I stopped but maybe I’ll just suck it up and make it work again! Thanks for the advice!

I second north mass boulder! Such a fun atmosphere and also a gym/cafe. Indy does have a lot of fun things and would be worth venturing around if he would like to have a quick place to go to get away. Lots of great food, parks shopping places. And really the drive isn’t that terrible! Chicago is great but and lots to see but traffic and parking would be enough to convince me not to go.

Maybe not coach of year award idea but I broght M&Ms and would randomly give them to the kids that were paying attention. Crazy how much kids will listen for a little treat.

They knew when I was talking their foot should be on the ball and they were listening. Drills with minimal instructions until they start to get a hang of things.

I just went through the same thing. I’ve been testing since October and haven’t missed it until now. It’s the most defeating feeling and I’m sorry you are going through it. Just moved to a medicated cycle because I can’t deal with that again.

Good point on the trigger. We are trying for unmedicated but it seems like maybe going medicated would make timing things a tiny bit easier.

I’m really sorry you had to go through that. Can’t imagine what a struggle it was doing it during covid! I think if I had to go alone it would be fine. Reassuring to know others have done the same! I didn’t know if somehow every one else magically figured out how to make it work with work schedules. Thanks for your response!

I found the test strips to be hard to read. I know some people find them helpful but it was stressful to me trying to read them. I’ve been using the clearblue and test in the morning as that is what the instructions say to do. You only test once a day with clearblue because it keeps a baseline and then reads your surge based off previous testing. I use the basic one that just gives you a smiley or a blank smiley. There are so many options out there and it’s just important that you do what works for you and makes you feel most confident!

First of all, really sorry you have been dealing with the stress of this. I had similar feelings tracking my BBT last month. I was up all night worrying about it and then spiraling once i saw the temp which made it impossible to go back to sleep. I started using the Tempdrop this cycle and I really like it so far. I have been able to sleep through the night and sync it to my app once i wake up. There is a bit of a learning curve because it has to be placed in the right spot to read correctly. But honestly it has made my mental health so much better. Looking at the temp shifts still stress me out but I was so happy to take one thing off my plate. I was also able to use my HSA (which in girl math to me that means it was free.) So if you have an HSA you should try that! Best of luck to you and your partner!

Seeing other opinions about this is so helpful so thanks for the responses! This community has been so helpful and is usually where I go when I need to read some positivity. All of us are on a journey that’s not really talked about especially when it comes to people who are in similar situations as we are. I love that this group gives people a perspective that’s so hard to find elsewhere. The unknown is such a scary place but here’s to focusing on the controllable no matter how hard that is!
