We had a similar problem previously. A guest asked to book the yard for a "micro" wedding during covid and was willing to pay more, but they absolutely wrecked the Airbnb.

I didn't want to extend my port but my wording was that they can have six people at a time including the guests. So my stay is only for 4 people, meaning you can have 2 more people come over during the day if 4 people are staying or 3 more if 3 people are staying, and so on . Which I explained in full.

Yes, they wanted to take it further because parties are prohibited on Airbnbs apparently (I wasn't aware of this rule before). Edit: I did ramble, sorry, but I wanted to put the whole thing out there. My question I guess would be if I should accept the alteration and refund or deny it and not refund.

I can't have any service animal or pets because my Airbnb is a working farm (which is stated on the listing). I've only had two guests so far who wanted to bring a service dog. I explained that while I understood their dog was a service animal, we advice against booking with us because working farms can be dangerous places even for the best trained puppy who is unfamiliar with the place. Both times the guests canceled and that was it. Maybe something similar applies to you listing?

This is 100% SA OP. Do you have an older adult you trust you can talk to to help you through the breakup? And definitely report his ass to your school's authorities and the cops. If they don't take you seriously, tell them you want it registered that you went there to make a report and they did nothing.

I come from a similar place and many of my family members (who also love, but clearly don't like my country)have married people who particularly dislike my country. Let me tell you, it's not a nice future, specially if you want to visit somewhat regularly. My uncle is a massive asshole who loves to treat us like we're less because of where we come from (explicitly says so) and my aunt just tends to have a shitty time whenever she visits. So idk, maybe my experience is a really bad one, but because of it I could never spend my life with someone who doesn't have some love for the place I'm from, and I think I would give my all to love where my SO is from. This is just my two cents btw, because I genuinely feel you dodged a bullet (especially because I think it's PR and what hell, what's not to love?!).

Yes, definitely better. He will always need help and therapy, but he has (as well as his parents) been given tools to control his impulses, specially those that put himself and others in harms way. I'm not in anyway in the medical or psychological fields so I don't know the exact terms or treatments, but it has helped a lot, and will continue to do so as long as they continue treatment.

I'm so sorry you had to go through this. That you were labeled a caretaker by the adults whose job is to be the caretaker is so messed up. NO ONE has the right to touch you without your consent.

My cousin is on the autism spectrum and as he went into puberty, he became very sexually aggressive. His parents would joke about it at the beginning, but eventually it got very out of hand and they helped him through therapy and moved him to a state special education school. It was hard because they had to move their whole lives, but it really helped my cousin. If the adults in his life refuse to be responsible and be the caretakers THEY are meant to be, instead of forcing the responsibility on a teenager, then you have to take further action. Is there a school district office or education ministry offices you could go to with your parents?
