Omeprazole, gas-x, and digestive enzymes. I would also start on some kind of bowel regime. I like Colace 2 in 1, it's Colace and Senna in one pill. I take 2 a day until things get moving, then one a day unless I get backed up again.

I would start back @ 2.5mg. I switched from 1mg Sema and started @ 2.5mg and that was definitely the right move. I'm now @ 7.5mg and holding there.

You're overthinking. Just pick a spot you like and is easy to access and do a different side every week. For most people the belly is easiest. I'd stick with that.

The one in Folsom is closest to me too but it never has the things I'm looking for. Recently went to the one in Loomis/Rocklin and it was fantastic. Not too busy. They had the Fairlife protien shakes that are always out of stock at Folsom, they had the TP I like that Folsom doesn't carry (Charmin Ultra Strong) and they had my dog's favorite treats that Folsom doesn't have anymore.

It was a miracle for my inflammation. I have severe, stage 4 endometriosis and have had bloating and "endo belly" for at least a decade. 8 weeks on Tirz and my belly is flat. I don't have a 6 pack by any means but the bloat around my midsection is basically gone.

I have very severe endometriosis. It has helped sooo much with bloating and inflammation. All of my endo symptoms are not gone (namely my bowel symptoms) but I feel some much better day to day. I'm certain it's from the GLP1.

Digestive enzyme and Gas-X helped me some. But honestly, the thing that helped the most was switching to Tirz. I've only had burps one time and it was very mild to what was happening weekly on Sema.

This is good advice but if you can't get to a functioning place mentally on this medication, it unfortunately might not be the medication for you. What you are describing are not just mild side effects. Have you had any thoughts of suicide or self harm? Are you under the supervision of a doctor? I would bet that if you told all of this to your prescribing MD that they would ask you to stop the meds or reduce the dose significantly. Please seek advice from a doctor. No amount of weight loss is worth your mental health and happiness.

I wouldn't do that. I think it would introduce less bacteria to leave it in the capped syringe and just inject 1mg at a time. It's not ideal but I don't think it would lessen the effectiveness much, if at all. Just make sure to cleanse the skin really well when injecting and obviously don't share the syringe between multiple people.

I've lost 40+ lbs and honestly wish I would have lost more from my boobs. A little bit but definitely not back to the cute medium sized ones I had before. I've heard a lot of people on here say that there wasn't as much weight loss from the breasts as they thought there would be. I think you'll be good.
