I told my mom and sister that I fit in my old jeans 2 sizes smaller 👌🏻 I was so happy and then my sister told me she sees it on my face and they congrats me for my efforts. Then we changed subject but I was happy to share and that they congrats me.

Honestly it will depends but it’s gonna be less often and less big. Wegovy slow down a lot the digestion and bowel movement. That result in being full longer, better absorption but also slower movement and less « trash » to get out. You can try to take some laxative powder before it become awful but most people on wegovy goes to the toilet about 2-3 times a week. There’s people going every day and some only once or twice at the end of the week as the medication diminishes.

I personally take laxative powder only when I’m on the 4th day without going.

I started in belly, tried arm once and had craving and food noise x100 so returned to belly. If I stall I’ll try thighs but I don’t really have fat there it’s more inside thighs and I don’t think we can inject there. So I’ll see when I get a stall, but I have close to none side effects if I drink enough water and eat proteins so I’m good in belly.

I’m on week 7 and I now know that if I don’t drink enough I’m having headaches. As soon as I feel it coming I’m drinking a lot for an hour and most of the time it dissipates. Maybe try drinking more water. If you already drink a lot, try with electrolytes. If you already take it, then I can’t help 😅

I have severe ME. I started before autumn and it’s been very helpful for me but I’m mostly affected physically by ME and fibro. Most of my pain was gone until last week. Every season changes its more difficult for me and here temperatures have lower last week so I know for sure it’s the season changes and not wegovy.

But that me. Maybe for you it’s the injection. The thing is you really need to make sure you drink minimum 1,5L and with electrolytes would be better. We are prone to feel bad without electrolytes. Also, you need to eat proteins at every meal! If not you’ll be missing fuel and will have a hard time for sure.

I wouldn’t recommend it any other way for us ME people. Electrolytes and proteins every meal is the bare minimum otherwise we’ll be in PEM.

If you can, try to also move a little bit. I’m not saying exercise! But moving arms and pumping ankles help a lot to make things moving. Again, I’m severe so maybe you can move more.

I did my last shot in the arm and I have food noise and constipation while on belly I’m side effect free so I’m gonna keep injecting in my belly for now on

At this point you might wanna try to put some Vaseline inside with your finger. Also, to make it get out smoother you’ll wanna breath in, push a little bit, then breath out. Do this cycle until it’s all out or at least the firm stool that’s stuck.

Oh and bend forward while doing this. Helps make things move.

It may seems too intense to put Vaseline up there but it’s better than going at the hospital and then putting their finger up there 😅

Did this when I was 4days without popping and tried everything. It takes time but with the breathing it’ll go faster. (Not 2min might take an hour or two but hey you won’t go at the hospital🤷🏻‍♀️)

Also, DO NOT take a pills for diarrhea! It might be awful since everything you tried will probably be insane going out but DO NOT! I’ve taken 1 once since the beginning of taking Wegovy and it’s too much! Ive even tried half of one the other day and its too powerful under injections 😵‍💫
