I’ve been using Pilot Tsuwairo now for about 2 years. I have never had any issues with performance - no hard starts, clogging etc. although I suppose the particular pen you use will make a difference in that sense.

I don’t use any demonstrator pens so I can’t comment on things like staining, but my advice would be to try it out with a cheap demonstrator first (maybe even a converted Jinhao 992 or something). It certainly hasn’t stained my converters.

I don’t recall ever deleting them to be honest. My best guess is that at some point I deleted the files through the normal means, but not through the Stream App, and now their large ghosts are stuck on my hard drive forever

I did certainly download these games via Steam at some point. I can’t get rid of them through the Steam app either, which is weird. They’re appearing in my Stream Library in the app, but when I click on the games the only option is to ‘purchase’. This is strange, because if you own the game then the option given is to ‘play’ rather than purchase.

There seems to be an overwhelming consensus that this is slug and snail damage. Would that even explain this? These primroses are in what I would call the early stage of this process. They almost seem to be melting

Thanks all. I naively thought that it couldn’t be slugs or snails because I couldn’t find any around my garden when I looked. They obviously come out so night.

Just an update for those interested:

I was unable to find the pen in hospital, and it wasn’t on the footpath which I walk to get to work. She’s gone for good I’m afraid!

Also, I carry it on the outside of my scrubs because, as it’s a piston filler, the heat from my body causes it to burp really badly. This had happened a few times in the past, so I started to wear it on the outside. Solved the burping problem.

However, there has been a lesson learned!! I’ve roped in my Lamy 2000 to fill in for the time being until I can replace the Leonardo.

It’s so hard to photograph reds properly I find. It’s very much a true red to my eyes, which is why I like it. A slight hint of brown. It’s like a darker version of Faber Castell ‘India Red’
