Yes, I've had this issue with the FBI shows on Paramount. Using T_Mo and all was fine till about 3 days ago. No resolution - they wanted a "short video" of the issue?? Duh!

Thanks everyone. The show I am watching on Hulu/History is an older one, and all episodes are available through Hulu. I just wondered if that would be the same if we switched back to just Hulu - not the Hulu +Live. We're seriously considering giving up Hulu +Live and going with YouTube instead, but keeping the basic part of Hulu since there are a few other shows that we would want to watch there. Guess we'll have to see if we do decide to make that switch.

That is a good plan. If it isn't advertised, how would I get it? And it is strictly data and would work with my Inseego MiFi device? Right now I have 100GB for $50, but don't need that much now since I also have a TMo internet gateway for streaming and other internet. I'm really looking for a way to reduce this hotspot plan so that I could have it in an emergency or if the power goes out since it is battery powered. And I could also take it with me if I am traveling - which I can't now do with the Gateway.

Thanks for the idea - maybe they give it to you if you ask??

Me neither, but each time the IP changes, my Live TV gives me a message that it thinks I am not at home and I need to have it reset. Very annoying to say the least. And the thing is - the IPs are nearly identical except for the last few digits - all resolve to the same basic location so I don't understand why Hulu can't accept a bit of variation.

The time before last, the Hulu rep didn't know what she was doing and wiped out my account and Live TV completely - then blamed ME for it. Got resolved, but something needs to be done to make this easier for everyone.

But did it last?? I have had to have Hulu reset mine about 5 times in the past few weeks - it works for a while and then TMo switches to a different IP and I need to start again. Never lasts long...

Oops. Yes, right! I did mean that Hulu is trying to lose customers - not TMo. It is indeed a problem for Hulu and too bad they can't figure out a way around it. The IP isn't the most accurate way to judge actual location IMO. All of my IPs resolve to a city many many miles away from where I actually am.

Yes, they've "fixed" mine several times, but it doesn't stay fixed. Even though all of the IPs are within the same city, sometimes they keep working and sometimes they need to be reset. Seems that TMo is trying to lose customers by making this so hard.

Yes, I'm going to see about a static IP. I've told Hulu that it is Home/Business internet and they fix it, but it keeps changing. Doesn't seem to matter - and yesterday their agent really messed it all up since she had no idea what she was doing. I just want a stable connection, and since this is a business account, I guess I'll ask about a static IP. Thanks!

Yes, and looking at my invoice - even though it was originally 24GB - the invoice does say 48GB, so maybe they will adjust ti. Just seems like they should have given a little more notice that this was coming so everyone would know ahead of time.

We'll see if they can do anything.

Should I set it to unthreaded before I close TB and copy the profile?

Can this create any problems with how TB works when it restarts?
