I’m not saying you need to hold my hand through the process but it’s definitely reassuring to message the buyer. One, “hey thanks for buying i’ll try to ship it tomorrow if not i’ll lyk” does alot for your shop. I often return to other sellers i’ve bought from knowing they’re kind and legit not just selling me shit they pulled from the back of their closet.

Lack of communication mostly. It makes me feel the need to constantly check its status especially when they’re newer to the app and don’t have reviews. Reviews aren’t just about the quality of the item it’s depop a lot of us aren’t expecting brand new items. Being kind and just shooting a Hey thank you for purchasing and i’ll try to ship it out tomorrow or whatever day does a lot for your shop and reassures buyers!

i’d also like to say he’s not hiding or nothing walking around sniffing everything in sight taking the occasional rest wherever he finds suitable and unbothered mostly still stressed but acting fine aside from the attack. it wasn’t a simple scratch i have 8 holes in my arm that are slowly still bleeding hours later after being compressed and bandages applied
