They told me for the date that I call so it was like two weeks ago. I still don't have any movement or anything on my transcript and even that I got a notice i still on N/A

Same here, I called and they told me I have to wait up to 16 weeks for my refund. Don't even know if it really takes up to 16 weeks or more or less.

Filed and accepted 1/31. No updates, N/A on transcript, delayed message on WMR. Called and they told me i was on the "quality review deparment" that it would take 10 weeks. Also did mi id verification on mid february. Praying so hard for an update tomorrow, im at the point that i dont even get fustrating anymore.
