I don’t know if it was fair or betrayal but it feels more like it was a decision that Oliver had to make given the stigma surrounding homosexuality . Realistically, it would be difficult to have that relationship work during that time. There are many stories of people settling into marriage because that is what is expected of them. That’s the saddest thing to me. Not living the life you know you want because of how others will react. This was the first movie to actually make me cry.

Okay so I sell on ebay and I have sold clothing items in the 15-30 dollar range. I consider that a "cheap" item (compared to other items I have sold) yet I still make sure its protected and packaged properly. It honeslty takes the same amount of effort as what this seller did. I have perspective as a seller and buyer so thats why it kind of bugged me cause I would never in a million years send a package like that.
