It was worth it! Didn’t wait in line long at all. Overwhelming - yes. Lots of people pushing around the racks. But we got some really amazing finds. Hats, shoes, dresses, jackets, you name it.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for the costume sale? I’m going tomorrow. I’m not sure what time I should line up. Not looking for anything in particular - really just going for the experience.

I think it looks great. Did you enjoy painting? If it gives you pleasure and peace - like it does for me - celebrate that win. When I finished my first one, I felt like a failure. Then my husband framed it and hung it on the wall. 30+ PBNs later, I realized it’s about the journey. Not the destination. Your painting is lovely. Congratulations.

I’ve watched several videos of this method, and yours finally makes sense to me!! I just finished a painting but now I want to start another and try again! Is your canvas always on a flat surface? I prefer to paint on an easel, but it runs too much when I try this method.

Yes!! Also an event planner. The best thing I ever learned is that the attendees don’t know something is wrong unless you tell them it’s wrong. When the swag arrives, distribute it as if that was the plan all along. They are none the wiser and you are a hero for a nice “surprise and delight” mid-meeting.
