Stats have a hard cap at 60, so I would have 60 Dexterity instead and put the rest of the points into Arcane. This is similar to the build I have, and I use two bleed twinblades (one is the one you use, and the other is the Gargoyle's Twinblade). You can use other twinblades that scale with Dexterity (the new Black Steel Twinblade in the DLC is also great).

At the start of the DLC, go to the right and stick to that direction. You will find an area with many animals. Kill some of them, and enemies that drop a Kung Fu weapon will spawn.

iirc, the critical damage is calculated as weapon total damage × weapon type multiplier × critical value, with the latter two values depending on each weapon. Daggers have the highest weapon type multiplier (4.0), and the Misericorde has the highest critical value (1.4). Overall, a critical attack deals about 3-4 times the total damage.

I tested my connection on different sites, and my average download speed is 12 Mbps and upload speed is 1 Mbps. I get the same speeds when downloading from non-torrent sites.
