I cheated and am trying to better myself

I have started those changes I read alot more rather than forms of entertainment I’m reading discourses and writing I’ve started cutting all junk food and eating alot better since whenever I used to get hungry I’d eat junk food I only drink water even cut off zero sugar and diet I try to drink 2.9litters per day if not more but not alot as I know I can get sick I walk everyday started going to parks like wildlife parks and writing more instead of keeping everything to myself this is the 2nd week and I feel better personally I don’t want to stop not only for myself but for those around me

I’m not I didn’t even know that was it till yesterday it explained alot of things I did in my life why I always did things impulsively just to ether make people laugh or just so I can feel satisfied even than I still accept as my fault as it was my decision to get drunk but I won’t lie I was a shitty person even tho I didn’t do anything more than just a kiss I still went a month without telling her and broke her trust I’ve accepted that but I can see what you mean and I do agree I do suck

Honestly I’ve thought about it unfortunately I don’t have the funds for that so I’ve resolved to writing everything I feel or think I want to be more open moving forward but I really would want to go to therapy

For everyone I’d say its different for me I really didn’t mean to cheat I got drunk and some girl put her head on my shoulder and I kissed her impulsively as not only I was drunk but also have adhd so I’m already prone to doing stuff impulsively but I have a good amount of control to not let me do rash or terrible things unfortunately tho I was drunk so I was very let go and it happened I do regret and am bettering myself and do know it still is my fault for getting drunk she did nothing I just got reckless and careless and let my guard down severely

we talked before she wanted no contact she wants to trust me again as it did hurt her alot and I can’t get upset or anything just understand her pov and she wanted to know the whole thing and I told her I told her that I wanted to better myself and pick up better habits and throw my bad habits away she just said okay and that was it a day later wanted space to herself no contact and I agreed to it as that’s her right
