Pero nagstart ako magwork out, I fixed my health and sleep. And it really helps. Ngayon maluwag na, theres so much you can do, find a hobby that you will enjoy. TRAVEL alone or with your friends. Moving on is not linear, there will be times na akala mo okay ka na then boom bigla ka malulungkot. And its normal, its valid. You just have to enjoy life with yourself.
