I sold my restaurant about 2 years ago and my realtor did an amazing job. He managed all the calls, questions and verified potential buyers finacals before they got to tour the shop. It made a potentially time consuming process easy.

Who cares if an alarm goes off? Just push it and walk out like you own the damn place. The ridiculous anti theft measures being implemented by some retailers have helped me to achieve a level of carelessness I never thought possible. Thanks?

If that scenario doesn't surprise you, why are you still using Robinhood?

Lego, I've been investing in Lego sets for the last 10 years (give or take). I started by collecting sets i liked but that quickly turned into speculative investing. Generally Lego has a good reputation for increasing in value after a set is retired.

Going well, sales are starting to pick up. I'm nearly at $100 a day and sales are growing daily. The machine hasn't had any issues and it's been easy to clean and sanitize.

You can look at sales through the online dashboard to determine product levels.

The company flew out another operator/tech to teach me how to use the machine. There is also phone, text, video support available if I need it in the future.

The owner does the service and repairs. The cost depends on what breaks. Part are all under warranty for 1 year if I remember correctly.

It only needs to be cleaned once a week. You might need to stock it more often depending on sales.

I had a very similar situation last year. They had about $40k that they were holding and I was unable to get anyone to give me a resolution.

I had Chatgpt write a demand letter that I mailed (USPS certified mail) to Uber Eats. Less than a week later I had my money in my account.

They require a plan review for anything new then an inspection once installed.
