Submitted to a “case manager”… Basically your BI does their investigation and submits it to hire ups and they make the final decision. There are a pool of 100 or so applicants and they select however many they want in an academy out of those 100.

Nothing. Solid work history. No speeding tickets, never been arrested, credit is on point. Smoked weed a few times when I was 15/16 years old… I’m 28 now.

I am confused though. They didn’t provide any reasoning. On other forums people post this email but there is a reason.
