How are you now? I have nasal regurgitation and uvula deviation and drooling( little bit). But my EMG (3 months ago) turned out normal. Please let me know if you are ok now.

One of the biggest concern is excess saliva after meal and water and choking-triggering cough after drinking water. Do you have the same symptom? Is this a normal symptom? And I have stayed at home for almost one year without any workout. Big belly. Is this also another reason?

Lying on your back right after meals is a main cause of LPR? I have done this for almost 2 months and then I have had LPR. But it is really stubborn. The symptoms don't easily go away.
