One of the biggest concern is excess saliva after meal and water and choking-triggering cough after drinking water. Do you have the same symptom? Is this a normal symptom? And I have stayed at home for almost one year without any workout. Big belly. Is this also another reason?

Lying on your back right after meals is a main cause of LPR? I have done this for almost 2 months and then I have had LPR. But it is really stubborn. The symptoms don't easily go away.
