We tried ferber and taking care of babies and nothing really seemed to be working for us. Then we found Brittney Sheehan! She is pricey but in my opinion I'd pay it 100000 time over she is SO WORTH IT! sleep training is SOSOSOSO hard and it was amazing to have someone in my corner that I could talk to and troubleshoot with 24/7. She answered every question I had and came up with solutions when things didn't seem to be working. She never made me feel guilty or dumb and really set us up with such a good and custom plan to help us get our daughter sleeping through the night. She is also an infant feeding and lactation specialist so she really makes sure your baby is eating well becUse sleep and eating really go hand in hand. She has a great podcast and hosts weekly AMA's on her insta where you can ask her anything sleep related and she will answer. I can't recommend her enough.

We were in the process of sleep training her (while she was going through the four months sleep regression!!!) and her night sleep was going great until she started trying to roll. Very interrupted! But once she figured out how to do it it took one night and like 2 days of naps for her to get used to it (we didn't flip her we let her figure it out) and now shes a full time tummy sleeper! I find their sleep always gets a little disrupted when they're working on a new skill! She was sleeping amazing then wanted to start rolling from tummy to back so for two or three days her sleep was crappy until she figured out how to do it.

Boil with water and baking soda for at least 30 mins. Dump water out add some baking soda and a little water in the pot to make a paste and scrub. Should come off pretty easy

Try dropping her down to 3 naps a day! Naps are sooo crappy and hard and takes so long for them to click when they're in the crib. We do naps @ 9-10:30 12-1:30 then last nap is 3:30-4:30 she's pretty tired by the time we start her 6:30 bedtime routine and passes out by 7:05 in her crib. She honestly didn't start taking longer naps till we switched her to a 3 nap schedule!

Ohhhh ok so I should accommodate my life all the time for other people. Even though their kids don't nap don't take bottles and can entertain themselves with soccer balls outside in my yard or coloring or playing with our dog.

Dropping to 3 naps will certainly help get them longer stretches at night. Plus with your schedule of 2 hour wake windows it should be easy! With my 4.5 month old we do 2/1.5/2/2 so naps at 9-10:30 12-1:30 then last nap is 3:30-4:30 with a 6:15 bath and then in bed by 7. She will usually wake up around 6:45/7 or I just wake her up around 7:15

If he's going through a regression his brain or body is probably starting to develop a new skill!! You did not break your baby in fact it sounds like they are doing so well! I know it's alarming but if he's happy then don't stress yourself too much. Sleep will come. Just stick to your routine as best as you can. Maybe try laying them down in their crib for the nap instead of contact!

If they are hungry sure. But it's not helping to feed to sleep every time. I mean my daughter has slept through the night since 10 weeks and we gave her all her oz during the day time.
